The 'terror exercise' that just happened to be running on the morning of July 7th planned for the scenario of simultaneous bombs exploding on tubes at precisely the stations that were involved.
The chances of this being a mere coincidence are slim. Due to the echoes of Operation Vigilant Guardian, suspicions are, I feel, well founded.
There was no reference made to the drill in the government reports released May 2006.
